A great app to discover events based on location data:
a. get a full list of events/promotions which happens in nearby area within one week
b. create personal events or starred events, both of these two kinds of events will be showed in a section called my list
c. use a map view to check out all events that happen in a user-specified area
d. get notifications when user close to the location of starred events
